Qunote’s Email feature allows users to receive, and store emails directly within the system, ensuring that all client-related communications are securely logged and easily accessible.

Managing & Organising Emails in Qunote
Viewing & Searching Emails
- Open Main Menu > Emails to see your inbox.
- Use the Search Bar to find emails by:
- Sender Name
- Subject Line
- Date Range
Filtering Emails
- Use filters to view:
- Client-Related Emails (Linked to client records)
- Unassigned Emails (Not yet linked to a client)
- Archived Emails (Older stored emails)
✅ Emails linked to a client automatically appear in their file.
Transferring Emails to Filenotes
Some emails may contain important case details that need to be recorded as filenotes.
How to Convert an Email to a Filenote
- Open Emails > Click on the Email.
- Click “Transfer to Filenote”.
- Choose the Client associated with the email.
- Edit & Categorize the filenote:
- Title (Brief description of the email content)
- Details (Full email text)
- Chargeable Status (Billable or non-billable)
- Attachments (Will be saved under Documents)
- Click “Save as Filenote”.
✅ The email will now be stored permanently in the client’s Filenotes section.
